If you click on KIN then Hair. It will say Next or Back if you press Next you dc
But if you go back all the way to the start you dc. there are glitched hairs.

Its a packet error. Some hair don't go together. try changing your hair color to black and it shouldn't happend. It happends alot with blonde hair.
